312 Dean's Cleanup Almost Done
After taking a break last month, workers resumed powerwashing the paint off 312 Dean, and most of the building's original facade was visible as of the middle of last week. Looks pretty spiffy. A reminder of what the old paint job looked like is right here.

big improvement. Now it needs a cornice.
A turret or belvedere on top the corner tower would be nice too.

Looks great in person! I walked by thinking, "That building looks very familiar".

The whole block of Dean between 3rd and 4th is experiencing an extreme makeover.

Isn't this supposed to be covered when removing paint? How have they gotten away with spraying this stuff all over? Hmmm

I dont want to be "that guy" but the building looked pretty cool before as well. My band used to practice in the basement of the building next to it. We had to stop because it had multiple safety violations and was shut down for repairs. So it seems everything around there is fixing up.
