Dear Montrose and Amzi, thanks for the grand tour of Bed-Stuy yesterday. We all had a great time.

PS: Amzi, I have a picture of that wicked face over one of the entrances. Please let me know if you want me to email it to you (need your email).

HoboROCKS, I chickened out and went all cash last week and once again proves to be lucky chap as I avoided spanked the last few days. you think this is the usual pull back around this time of the yr or you think it's the oft referenced double dip?

Dear PLUSAs, I took a peek at the beer place in Ft. Greene on Friday night. It was about 9 p.m. and the place was not packed, but it was unbearably LOUD--it has all solid shiny white surfaces and that noise bounces! Aside from the beer menu they sell a little wine by the glass and a few nonalcoholic drinks. It's not very big and the garden is not open. Also a little bit of snack food.

We ate at the Japanese restaurant, One Greene, across the street, which was very nice and not at all crowded, but I don't know if they would be prepared for a bunch of loud, midlife drinkers, karaoke singers and catlovers.

Maybe the room at Smoke Joint that used to be a little cafe (the something Pig)? Maybe they would do it on a Thursday night after the BAM crowd.

Sorry I missed the Bed-Stuy tour. 1) it was just too hot for me, and 2) I was busy consoling my daughter who was grieving the end of rock camp.

rf, Thanks for the review!

PLUSAs care to name another spot that's convenient for most to get to?

Dave, we should name that pic "Asshats in the Ghettos" and display it at local restuarants as local art.

Posted by: Kensingtonian at August 17, 2009 9:31 AM

Kens, I strolled by the beer garden Sat Morning and the girl who was cleaning the store windows is exactly your type (assuming she plays on our team). My wife thought she was very cute too.

Posted by: more4less at August 17, 2009 9:31 AM

oh good lord! so my sister turns 18 next week and i just got this message from her mentor about a surprise party she wants to throw her. lol. does anyone here have black tapered candles? i dont even KNOW what means! anyway, this party sounds. um. interesting hahahah (i think this is an example of someone in a manic state) fyi: that is only 1/4 of the email! hahahah she's nice though.

****
I have lots to tell you about the party...don't know where to start. Well first of all, there's a dress code. We all must dress in black. And i even bought you a funny wig/beard thing due to her manson craziness...i want to disguise you so she'd be extra surprised....i'll just tell her i invited blake who grew a beard. Don't worry, you don't have to wear it the whole time...just when she comes thru the door. I bought a black wig for myself, white make up, fake blood and plan on doing some weird eye goth thing to my face. Wait till you see it. i'm so psyched about that. So do you have all black clothing for yourself? We could even have a face painting party like at little kid parties, but bloodier and vampier. I got lots of props, toys, pinata, games etc. The pinata is a black cat that looks like her cat. Glow in the dark vampire teeth for us. black nail polish, black lipstick for you and matthew which i know he being the party pooper that he is will never go along with it. I got a skull, spiders, candles, table decor, spider web table cloth, giant wall sized grave yard sticker thing, black balloons, cauldron for potato salad, wormy candy, spider webs, eye ball candles, pin the bloody knife on the skull game which i invented, canned corn presents for her since she loves it----maybe i'll put that in pinata...haha
Well....lots lots more. i know i've gone too far but she's never had a birthday party let alone a surprise one so i want to make it special. kinda' make up for all the lost years.

The only thing i couldn't find on line was regular black tapered candles for table top and black or white birthday candles for cake. i guess white little candles for cake is better since the cake will be black. Have you seen any of those around your neck of the woods. Also do you have small or tiny white xmas lights....the kind that don't blink? As for cake, i'd love to make it, but don't know 1. If i'd have enough time and 2. If i could do a good job since my baking skills are lacking. I was thinking of having a bakery do it since her favorite inside cake part is chocolate and white chocolate filling....if they could put macadamian nuts in it..even better. i gotta check the price though since i've so far spent about 300. so far not including the camera i plan on getting for her. shshshshhhh don't tell anyone of money, my boy will kill me. ummmm what else...oh you should bring one of your chuckie dolls. i'm also gonna make my dogs wear black ribbon bows including my cats. Also the party can go till late and maybe if we get bored we can watch a horror flick. oh crap, something in the wiring is messed up with my dvd player...do you know how to configure that stuff? or maybe remotely connecting my laptop to my tv so it could play dvd's. My friend did it once but i don't know how the hell he did it. What movies do you have? Freddy kruger first one? The exorcist first one? yikes that one is scary...never seen the uncut version with her going down the stairs with arched back like a creature...have you ever seen that one? i don't think that dina has ever seen the exorcist.

ok well, tell me what you think so far and if you want i'll send you a list of stuff i'll need help with if you crash here. oh and also, i'll find her list of presents and send them to you.
So glad i found you thru fb, so you could be in her life and at this party. My 18th party was the best ever and the theme was batman. Everything in black bats, super heroes and cobwebs. I was so much like dina in taste...i have to keep reminding myself of that...

A great example of why I'll never use facebook!!!

Posted by: daveinbedstuy at August 17, 2009 9:33 AM

Re rock camp, it was truly fabulous, even if the parents had to listen to their precious jewels do an extremely uneven showcase on Saturday evening by the 10 bands the kids (ages 8-15) formed. It has been a long time since I was in a place like Coco 66, where said showcase took place. To my surprise, my daughter was not the only Chinese kid there--they were probably 20 percent of the total (all with Chinese parents except 2 adoptees) and they rocked. A credit to their race for sure!

Come to think of it, Coco 66 might be a good PLUSA locale--on Greenpoint Ave. half a block from the river, easy parking.

BB&T buys Colonial bank; 4 other banks fail

http://money.cnn.com/2009/08/14/news/companies/colonial_bancgroup/index.htm

The Montgomery, Ala., bank, which has 346 branches spread across Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Nevada, and Texas, is the sixth largest bank failure in U.S. history and by far the largest failure of 2009.

With $25 billion in assets and $20 billion in deposits, Colonial is 100 times larger than the typical bank to have failed this year.

You really need to start thinking before you post. Try it from now on.

Posted by: daveinbedstuy at August 17, 2009 10:09 AM

I recommend the "G train run" this Thursday for all the PLUSAs who need a workout. It's only half as long as other trains, so you have to run down the platform to catch up with it. That is, on the off-chance the train's pulling in when you arrive. One thing about the G train, though - it's the only train where you'll ALWAYS get a seat.

Posted by: sixyearsandcounting at August 17, 2009 10:11 AM

How many stops is this grom Hoyt/Schermerhorn??

Posted by: daveinbedstuy at August 17, 2009 10:15 AM

I guess it'd be better to take the V to 14th St and then the L. I suspect there's a lot of latino eye candy on the L, si???

Posted by: daveinbedstuy at August 17, 2009 10:17 AM

8 Stops from Hoyt - but only about 10-15 minutes on the train (the G is fast once you get on it)

and a $12 car service home.

Posted by: dirty_hipster at August 17, 2009 10:18 AM

Dibs - 7 or 8. That's how I have to go too if I can make it.

Posted by: Arkady at August 17, 2009 10:18 AM

That's true, DH. However, you can avoid the problem by getting a G train schedule at http://www.mta.info/nyct/service/gAlert.htm - the only train where it's worth it!

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/10/realestate/10comm.html

"Over the years, innumerable articles, blogs and forums have referred to the G train as the stepchild of the subway system. But that’s not quite right — it’s not the stepchild, it’s more like that unwanted drunk uncle everyone has. It’s embarrassing and awkward and doesn’t quite behave like it’s supposed to, but you keep it around because, well, it’s family."

Posted by: sixyearsandcounting at August 17, 2009 10:19 AM

Dave - if you're coming from Midtown near the V - it's probably the same amount of time to take the V to the L or the V to the G in queens.

But there is more latino eye candy on the L fo sho.

Posted by: dirty_hipster at August 17, 2009 10:19 AM

stringer bell,
Good to meet you & your girlfriend yesterday (I'm the Engish guy). Yes, Amzi led the tour yesterday.
Last week Montrose Morris, whom you also met, led a tour of Crown Heights North. The route was from the Armory and Grant Square, then zig-zagging across various streets between Nostrand and Kingston, stopping most often on Dean and St Mark's, down to EP. We finished with an early dinner and couple of drinks at Tavern on Nostrand.
Monrose and Amzi usually post a few days ahead of time on this thread if they are doing a tour. I think they are planning another at some point, but no date set yet.

Also, if you guys are around you should come out for drinks in W'burg on Thurs (see above)

The failure of this bank is not really a powerful issue in the market.

In fact, it's not an issue at all. It has been trading as if it were bankrupt since JANUARY.

If the Banking System is fine then why do we need more TALF???

http://federalreserve.gov/newsevents/press/monetary/20090817a.htm

Release Date: August 17, 2009

For release at 9:00 a.m. EDT
The Federal Reserve Board and the Treasury Department on Monday announced that they approved an extension to the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF) and that, at this time, they do not anticipate any further additions to the types of collateral that are eligible for the facility.

Conditions in financial markets have improved considerably in recent months. Nonetheless, the markets for asset-backed securities (ABS) backed by consumer and business loans and for commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) are still impaired and seem likely to remain so for some time. To promote the flow of credit to businesses and households and to facilitate the financing of commercial properties, the Federal Reserve and Treasury approved extending TALF loans against newly issued ABS and legacy CMBS through March 31, 2010. Because new CMBS deals can take a significant amount of time to arrange, the Federal Reserve and Treasury approved TALF lending against newly issued CMBS through June 30, 2010. The Board will continue to monitor financial conditions and will consider in the future whether unusual and exigent circumstances warrant a further extension of the TALF to help promote financial stability and economic growth. The Federal Reserve and Treasury had previously authorized TALF loans through December 31, 2009.

After having conducted a thorough analysis of a number of potential candidates, the Federal Reserve and Treasury announced on Monday that they are holding in abeyance any further expansion in the types of collateral eligible for the TALF. The securities already eligible for collateralizing TALF loans include the major types of newly issued, triple-A-rated ABS backed by loans to consumers and businesses, and newly issued and legacy triple-A-rated CMBS. The Federal Reserve and Treasury are prepared to reconsider their decision if financial or economic developments indicate that providing TALF financing for investors' acquisitions of additional types of securities is warranted.

Walking down Court St. yesterday around 11:30 a.m., at the intersection of Atlantic, there were about 25-30 Asshats lined up in the middle of the street. There was a cop directing traffic around them, and traffic cones around them, as they were standing on the center line on Atlantic.

A nearby manhole was open and they were each climbing inside, all in pretty much civilian clothes, and of course it was extremely hot yesterday.

Dave you wont get 200 on GS, 110 is our target

Posted by: brickoven at August 17, 2009 12:04 PM

rents are 'firming' at lower levels. Unfortunately some of the new players figured if rents were $100 last year, then next year they'd be $120, and based their financial projections on that. We know how that played out in the residential market.

Posted by: denton at August 17, 2009 12:07 PM

went to the putting lot in the shwick this weekend. has anyone else been? i'd say it was kinda fun though if you go when it's crowded it's hard to get through all 9 holes. there's no food or drink, so it makes sense to bring your own. there was a birthday party going on, where ppl had ordered pizza and had it delivered and brought coolers of beer. there was also a nice restaurant near by and a coffee shop.

i used to work in the shwick and there was NOTHING out there. i have mixed feelings about a mini golf course or the restaurant and the benefits it may or may not bring to the community. it didn't appear that any non-gentrifiers of the community were using these newer places.. has anyone else been? thoughts?

Posted by: bodhi_brooklyn at August 17, 2009 12:15 PM

"DH, how's parking near Pete's?"

Good - there's ample parking on Frost Street, and it's 2 blocks north of the elevated BQE, which has alot of parking underneath.

Posted by: dirty_hipster at August 17, 2009 12:16 PM

IYR is off 8% from its high. I doubt you top ticked it on your short so I really wouldn't characterize that as "killing it in IYR short." You probably haven't covered your interest yet.

Waiting for it to get to $110 to buy is a lot of opportunity cost that you've given up due to stubborness on price.

Bodhi:

i just moved from bushwick a month ago. lived there for a year. the restaurant you're talking about is probably Northeast Kingdom. very good. the coffee shop is probably Starr Cafe. it's okay. mini golf is fun.

bushwick is okay. there are some restaurants and bars within walking distance, which is nice. but the neighborhood is just ugly. i also found the language barrier between new and existing residents to be troublesome. not much sense of community over there.

Posted by: stringer bell at August 17, 2009 12:26 PM

11 TS can't find tenants. Yet. Also 375 Pearl was slated to get a whole new facade and other interesting improvements (Taconic Partners). No action there either. They won't move with no tenants. I believe the Macklowe building at 400 Mad has a tenant or two tho. And from all accounts, leasing is picking up. But you won't see $100 rents for Class A office space for a while, except for the most high end space, 767 5th, 9 W 57th, 712 5th Ave, overlooking CP.

Posted by: denton at August 17, 2009 12:27 PM

Posted by: stringer bell at August 17, 2009 12:30 PM

11 times square is the one smart money is watching. Building has zero tenants and will be finished in a couple of months. If they cant sign a lease for over 70 psf for over 100,000 in the next couple of months the entire pricing structure of midtown will collapse

Posted by: brickoven at August 17, 2009 12:33 PM

ugh dont get me started on mini golf courses in the city. it's just SO wrong, but i guess that's the kind of culture transplants bring in with them. granted im a transplant myself so maybe i shouldnt be such a hypocrite, but i do consider jersey city to be the 6th borough much to the chagrin of some naysayers.

Posted by: stringer bell at August 17, 2009 12:34 PM

stringer b - yes, that is the restaurant. looked like it could be good. you have been? what kind of food is it?

but i totally agree that it is not the most attractive neighborhood. i used to work further out in a community health center off of the aberdeen stop. there was really nothing around there. barely any place to eat or buy food or anything practical. mostly 99 cent stores and the occasional deli with mostly junk food. i had a very desolate/isolated feeling working out there and definitely a sense of hopelessness that i thought was not only from the work i was doing, but also from the actual community of ppl that lived there. do you plan to stay there for a while?

Posted by: bodhi_brooklyn at August 17, 2009 12:36 PM

Rob, I like Jersey City alot. It's among my top choices to buy a house. I would agree in that I see it as a 6th borough too

gotcha, more4less. you in crown heights, too?

Posted by: stringer bell at August 17, 2009 12:37 PM

Denton if you are talking about Macklowes new building on Madison the two tenants signed are trying to get out f there contracts so it might be empty when it opens

Posted by: daveinbedstuy at August 17, 2009 12:49 PM

rob - even though it's a mini golf course, i think the message is suppose to be about sustainability and art or something...so it wasn't just about golf. i'm not exactly a huge golf fan, but it was a fun thing to do on a saturday afternoon in brooklyn. and it took me to an area i hadn't been. so i kinda saw it as a point of discovery.

Posted by: bodhi_brooklyn at August 17, 2009 12:52 PM

Fifty Cent is playing a 'free concert' in Southside Jamaica Queens, near where he grew up. They will be shutting down 20 blocks, and deploying thousands of cops. People are worried about someone taking a shot at him to make a name for themselves.

and how is this free again? are the cops volunteering to work with no pay bc they are such big hip hop fans?

OK PLUSAs, with request from Slopefarm in regards to last weeks' SATC thread. I am submitting the Brighton Beach version.

Just an FYI, I suck at writing. Enjoy.

Brighton Beach.....

It was a gorgeous sunny afternoon on Brighton Beach boardwalk. The light wind was carrying a scent of local Brighton Beach Avenue pelmeni scents all the way to the ocean mixed in with the scent of beer and vodka coming from the neighboring cafes right on the boardwalk.

The young kids were getting their daily exercise on the beach playing volleyball while the grandmas had a daily dose of discussing people sitting on the benches in front of the famous Brighton Beach nursing home that was the Park Avenue of Russian nursing home community. Word had it, you needed to bribe with the upwards of $50,000 to secure a spot there. Needless to say, inside the nursing home, titles such as Doctor and Lawyer for everyone’s kids and grandkids were thrown around more often than insults of recessed lighting on Brownstoner.

“Dora, look, isn’t that Masha granddaughter, valking right zere with her grapefhut? – Said Yudif with heavy Jewish accent.

“Oy Veyzmir, how many times do I have to tell you, it’s not grapefhut, it’s boyfhend”- Answered Sarah in an annoyed tone.

“I don’t care what you call him, I know Masha would turn in her grave if she saw her granddaughter with a goym” – annoyingly answered Yudif.

“For all you know, he might be a nice guy” - Sarah said in a raised tone.

This was the typical day on the boardwalk. Not a day passed by, where the Russian Jewish grandmas didn’t know someone’s business that lived within a 10 block radius. Some names might have not been known, but they could tear apart your whole life just by seeing you around Brighton beach.

It's wonderrful being in a four-man shop.

City Inquiry Into Concrete Testing Widens

Manhattan prosecutors have executed a search warrant at a company that supplies concrete to large public works projects in the city, marking a significant expansion of a 17-month investigation in the concrete testing industry that they say has exposed widespread fraud, according to court papers and officials.

Posted by: HOBOKENROCKS at August 17, 2009 4:20 PM

i found out something shocking this afternoon. i was at the bank and you know how they have a giant ruler on the door exit to give a quick description of a bank robber's height i guess. well i dont know what possessed me but i measured myself according to my bank's ruler im just a tiny fraction of 5 foot 8. all my records say 5'9" and that's what i thought i was all my adult life. :( should i talk to customer service at the bank and tell them their ruler might be off? (they did just open this branch a few weeks ago).?

*rob*

Posted by: PitbullNYC at August 17, 2009 4:28 PM

cobble, where ya been?! I been missing ya terribly. (Plus which, the CGardog and I been loitering outside your house for 2 weeks now waiting to move in!)

Posted by: CarrollGardened at August 17, 2009 4:28 PM

I don't think there's a leveraged nat gas play. I bought it when the yield was 21%...it is now 13%. It'll do really well if nat gas prices turn.

I think the reason health care did so well is because of Buffets position in BDX & JNJ which were announced over the weekend.

BDX is a great company (as is JNJ) and sold off last week on the "outlook." I just wish they'd pay out more earnings to make a juicier yield. It's the type of stock I'd put away in my IRA but I'd like a higher yield if I'm holding it.

PFE is cheap.

My computer died, yes, it was very sad, and very expensive and very time consuming to get everything off the old harddrive and onto the new one. Exhale, but it's fine now! Then we went away to the NJ shore for a few days of brainless beach activity—very nice!

rob, I've been 5'6" (which, admittedly, isn't saying much) since I stopped growing (circa age 7), and all of a sudden my doctor tells me I'm only 5'5". I'm sorry, but an inch may not be much to some people, but when one is severely vertically impaired, an inch is a big deal.

Posted by: CarrollGardened at August 17, 2009 4:33 PM

PGH is a foreign trust or something too. remember a buddy of mine complaining about add'l complicated forms he needed to file for his taxes and wish he bought PWE instead simply on the less tax forms

Posted by: more4less at August 17, 2009 4:35 PM

Thanks M4L. I'm sure at least one out of four of your questions is a yes. I need more info to be sure if I have 2 or 3 out of 4. But you forgot #5: will I still have an office to hide in and post on Brownstoner all day long?

Arkady, I'll definitely lose out a bit on the vesting, but I'm more concerned about future opportunities, ongoing compensation, benefits, and, last but not least, the work environment. M4L pretty much summed up what I need to figure out.

Cobble, it's very early in the process. We'll see what happens.

Posted by: more4less at August 17, 2009 4:41 PM

Biff, I'm in a similar situation myself right now, trying to figure out if one in the hand is, in fact, worth two in the bush, and trying to figure out if it makes sense to jump from [Major TARP Recipient 1] to [Major TARP Recipient 2], though it's early in the process for me as well.

Posted by: CarrollGardened at August 17, 2009 4:42 PM

M4L, it's still very early in the process, but I can't help but day dream about the departure from The Death Star. Nothing will be decided by Thursday. I'll have to meet with a bunch of people at the other place. I'll have to come up with a catchy name for it.

I asked him if he was open to having people in the community use the space for readings, and he said sure.

Posted by: more4less at August 17, 2009 5:57 PM

Arkady, I'm talking about literature, not karaoke!

Posted by: WonTon at August 17, 2009 5:58 PM

Yes, WT, but you're also talking about PLUSAs, not litterateurs.

Posted by: Arkady at August 17, 2009 5:59 PM

CHiller - Yes. New kitten had really awful infestation of worms & concomitant conditions.

Posted by: Arkady at August 17, 2009 6:00 PM

Geez, how did the little baby get that?

Posted by: cobblehiller at August 17, 2009 6:02 PM

Lots of kittens have worms - often given by mother at birth. But this was particularly bad case of it.

Posted by: Arkady at August 17, 2009 6:05 PM

Yikes, I had no idea. Will Hari recover?

Posted by: cobblehiller at August 17, 2009 6:09 PM

It was uncertain at first but then he appeared to be doing better. Haven't heard anything since Friday - it's the reason I was hoping someone had heard from Snaps - that she's not having to cope w/ his demise.

Posted by: Arkady at August 17, 2009 6:12 PM

Ooh, dear, I think I'll email Snappy and see how it's going.

Posted by: cobblehiller at August 17, 2009 6:14 PM

If you get her, please let me know:
rk_dillon@yahoo.com
Thanks.

Posted by: Arkady at August 17, 2009 6:18 PM

I think I gave her a defective cat.

Posted by: Montrose Morris at August 17, 2009 6:19 PM

If he pulls through he'll be fine - it'd just gone a bit far. My last pair had wormies & one weighed what Hari did & he was fine after we got rid of them. His was not as bad but still not terrific.

Posted by: Arkady at August 17, 2009 6:23 PM

chicken, if you're still around, there's UNG. Not leveraged. No K1.

I agree, have a small position in it.

I think the K1s are ok for MLPs if you are trading in a regular account. More problematical in a retirement acct. There's certain limits, very tricky. I have a few of them in a retirement acct and hoping not to get burned.

I think RRC is a good gas play also.

Posted by: denton at August 17, 2009 6:26 PM

Will do Arkady, just sent off a note a few minutes ago. Not to worry MM, how could you know?

Posted by: cobblehiller at August 17, 2009 6:39 PM

Hope kitty's okay!

And yeah, more4, that might work -- but it depends on when Mr. Heather gets home from work, which I probably won't know til Thurs late afternoon? Still, a ride BACK would be a huge plus, as opposed to the dreaded G.

I don't know when I got so whiny about the G-train, I used to take it all the time, I just hate the Clinton-Washington stop.

Posted by: Heather at August 17, 2009 6:40 PM

Six, what did you do in Bushwick?

Posted by: mopar at August 17, 2009 7:25 PM

It was my maiden voyage to Sunset Park, BTW. Next up: Ditmas and Kensington.

In Sunset Park, I went to a party where the lesbians claimed all the lesbians live in Kensington and Ditmas Park. I found this very confusing.

Posted by: mopar at August 17, 2009 7:27 PM

I really liked Sunset Park. It looked exactly like my old neighborhood, the Richmond District, in San Francisco.

Posted by: mopar at August 17, 2009 7:28 PM

Sorry for the late response, mopar - I tried out Tortilleria Mexicana Los Hermanos. It was very good, but I think Fast & Fresh Deli has a slight edge.

When were you thinking of coming to Ditmas & Kensington?

Air Jordan Shoes is a famous brand shoe made by Nike USA. It was endorsed by Michael Jordan a worldwide known American basketball player. Infact the name Air Jordan was made according to the name of Michael Jordan.
The logo of air jordan is a jumpman, as we wear them when we doing sports, such as jumping, running, and playing basketball. It is called by some other similar names like Jays, JS, MJS, etc. In 1984, Nike was facing challenges in sports shoes market. That time it had White Man Jogging Brand. But that did not go well in the market. The market share in basketball market was frustrating. To overcome this situation, it made a contract with Michael Jordan for 5 years. At 2.5 million dollars along with other benefits to market a new brand. Thus in the year 1984, Nike started its sub-division Jordan Brand to market its new brand Air Jordan. That time most basketball shoes were white. But Air Jordan was colored with black and red. NBA banned that shoe due to color. However, Michael Jordan continued to wear them though he had to pay thousand dollars fine due to it. Thus it turns out to succeed in the market. Its new designs are being released each and every year. Later Michael Jordan retired from basketball, but his endorsed air jordan is running with its pride.
Like its prior shoes in the Air Jordan series, the Air Jordan 2009 brings new concepts of design, performance, and style to the market. The shoe introduces Articulated Propulsion Technology, a revolutionary heel system. And the heel is also split ensuring high responsiveness by keeping at least half of the heel in contact with the ground all the time.
Also the Air Jordan 2009 continues Jordan Brand's commitment to the environment with the launch of its second Considered Designed Air Jordan.Buy Jordan Shoes, Designed under the Considered Design ethos of combining sustainability with performance and innovation, the shoe seeks to reduce waste and allow for the use of environmentally-preferred materials–without compromising athletic performance. www.hijordans.com
