Mason Fiske Move-Ins Expected for September

The brightest spot in an otherwise grim spring selling season was the conversion of the Mason Fiske building at 72 Berry Street in Williamsburg: As you may recall, the 26-unit project sold out in less than two months at average per square foot prices of around $650. At the time of the sales, the building, including the exterior, was still under construction, so we were interested to get a look at the facade and new windows that are now looking just about finished. From what we hear, the building's gotten all its sign-offs and should have its C of O within the next couple of weeks, meaning move-ins could start in September.
