Fire at 130 Lefferts Place

According to The Local, a fire broke out on the fourth floor of 130 Lefferts Place, an 89-unit residential building across the street from the ever-shady Lefferts Hotel, a little over an hour ago and spread to the fifth floor. We have a man on the scene now and it appears that everything's under control. Still lots of fire trucks and firemen hanging around though!

There's always something crazy going on in that complex...I use to reside in the area and there was never a dull moment over there.
