Development Watch: Atlantic Terrace Plods Along

Maybe there's been a lot of work going on in the interior of the building, but to the casual observer it doesn't look like a ton of progress has taken place at Atlantic Terrace, the 80-unit affordable housing development (well, 75 percent of it is slated to be affordable by one measure or another) going up just east of the Atlantic Terminal Mall, since we last blogged about it in April.

at least there's 1 less hole in the ground in this area
