why shouldn't TwoTrees rentals be always no fee. You're renting from the landlord. Were they using some loophole before by having a subsidiary be the agent and double-dipping?

looking at the price range on this portfolio of ppties in primo hoods, yesterday's rental in greenpoint looks even more delusional
