Streetlevel: Food for Shakespeare's Sister?

270-Court-Street-0709.jpg
This doesn't qualify as anything more than a rumor at this point, but we're hearing through the Cobble Hill grapevine that the former Shakespeare's Sister space at 270 Court Street is being turned into a full-on restaurant (PMFA has some current shots of the interior) by the guy behind Bocca Lupo and Nectar. Can anyone confirm and speak to what kind of food it'll be? GMAP

Yes, it's true. He tried to get a liquor license but was turned down because of the church across the street. I first heard it would be a Nectar-esque type place with a much extended menu and alcohol. Now I am not sure. I heard recently that Nectar would move across the street to a bigger place leaving the Shakespeare Sister space tbd as far as the menu goes....
