Happy Ending for Bicycle Parking Saga?

bike-front-street-072909.jpg
We're sure everyone will be relieved to learn that there may be a happy ending to our bicycle parking problems on Front Street. After getting buried in garbage and recycling bags last week, things have improved dramatically. Kumbaya!

Now I can't put a quarter in the parking meter without stepping in garbage.

Now you need to get a decent bike.

Where's the backstory? What happened?? Did you speak with them? Did they tell you to buzz off? Was there a fight? A group hug? Free cappucino? How about some details?

The link has the back story...

does your bike have the bar-end plugs missing or is it just my pic? if so, one good fall will take a nice core sample out of you.

oh, and buying a "decent bike" is silly unless youre doing some serious riding , unless you like getting sh.t stolen. i had a nice mtn.bike stolen in the middle of the day from in front of ozzies. now i have a nicer bike (for mtn biking) but use a big f.ck-off chain, and am not often out of view of the bike.

I've had a BUNCH of bikes stolen. I still miss them all.

i hear you eny. i still keep an eye out expecting to maybe see mine in the neighborhood, imagining how i'd full body tackle the person on it. unfortunately its probably in another neighborhood, and sold to someone unsuspecting.

How's the guy with the Acura supposed to get into his cart? Unless he moves the garbage bags back on top of the bike.
