Development Watch: 414 Hicks Street

There's definitely been some incremental progress at L & M's 148-unit residential development on the far side of the BQE at 414 Hicks Street. Whether it will really by ready for occupancy next year, as developer's website says, is up for debate. When it is ready, 54 of the apartments will be put up for sale and the other 94 rented.

Yeah, there's a huge demand in this market for condos adjacent to the BQE.
