Development Watch: 510 Waverly Avenue

From the outside, it doesn't look like there's been a lot of progress at the new Achievement First Endeavor Charter School site on Waverly Avenue between Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill since we last checked in back in February, which is weird because we've definitely seen workers and equipment in action. The progress hit a speed bump last week when it was slapped with a Stop Work Order for the unsafe operation of a crane, which is a good way to get the DOB upset these days.
