Big Price Cuts at 111 Monroe Street

We reported some modest price cuts last month at 111 Monroe Street but in retrospect those weren't dramatic enough to move product so the developer's stepped it up with another round of bigger cuts. Result: A one-bedroom at the FHA-approved building (where six units have been sold to date) can be had for as little as $325,000. GMAP
