Went to this one yesterday, not because I'm serious about buying but because it's in the building near mine and I was curious. Saw the open house sign and walked in.

Really nice place with a private garden. In really great condition overall, which was surprising because I've seen other apartments in the area for not much less that needed a bit of work. Plus, it was bigger than my two-bedroom. I have no idea about prices since it's been years since I bought and I don't know where the market is right now. Always fun to get a chance to see what other apartments look like!

i would say it was an interesting layout for aprox 1000 sq feet, and three bedrooms. it didn't feel tight the way most 3 bedrooms do at that square footage. it had nice details and good light since it's parlor floor. but still needs some work even though the kitchen and bath have been recently renovated. and the open house was dead. no one was there when i was.

i don't know where to begin except to say that it was not for me. too cramped, poorly laid out, etc etc. though this place was packed with ppl probably due to the price.

haven't seen anything interesting in park slope recently for sale. has anyone seen anything good in this price range with at least two bedrooms?

it was a joke of epic proportion for a 17 footer. the ad says timeless...because they never renovated. the only new touch the kitchen needed was someone's hand on a detonator.

even half off would be too much.

As a former real estate agent, I often thought of my clients as suckers. Oddly, none of the suckers I sold houses to suffered during this current downturn in the market. I now believe I was the sucker all this time.

They did a nice job with the paint in that Ditmas Park apartment. Funny, my old apartment in Queens was nearly identical (minus the nice paint). It's about the same price too.

I seriously love that Park Slope 3rd St. apt. It has windows on opposite sides, and the common spaces are joined with the windows running along the long walls, and it has plenty of bedrooms -- and not too many bathrooms. And the kitchen is large with two doors. And it's under a million. Though it would have to be more like $300,000 for me to buy it.

that 3-bedroom on 3rd street is pretty nice, but i think the 1 bathroom thing is a dealbreaker.
