Development Watch: 31 Kosciusko All Glassed Up

31-Kosciusko-0609.jpg
We hadn't been to Home Depot in a while, which is when we usually get caught up on the progress at 31 Kosciusko Street in Bed Stuy, so we were excited to see that the entire building has all its windows in place. It's going to be interesting to see what the demand is for this building. We suspect they may regret not having made a larger number of smaller units rather than just two per floor. It looks pretty nice, though, so we shall see.

Posted by: Return of The What at June 17, 2009 2:54 PM

So here this is nice, but plop it in Williamsburg and we'd be shouting that it's the new "finger building"

I don't really get it.

Neighborhoods do need more strip clubs, that I'll agree with. That was the only thing wrong with Guiliani.

I think there are a lot of things wrong with Guiliani. Though he did bring some much needed discipline to New York and New Yorkers.

What...I really miss Eighth Ave the way it was in the late 70s & early eighties. Man, you could get into some real good trouble for not a lot of money.

Posted by: daveinbedstuy at June 17, 2009 3:25 PM

200 singles? You'll need more than that. You couldn't get laid in a bangkok ho house with a suitcase of baht and an Amex Centurion card.

Posted by: dittoburg at June 17, 2009 3:27 PM

hilarious

Posted by: heck_of_a_job_brownie at June 17, 2009 3:28 PM

I bet the What and I would have a lot of fun in bangkok. Of course at some point in the evening we'd have to go our separate ways.

I've played tour guide to many a straight guy on their first trip to Bangkok!!!

Amen 11217 - I think the same thing whenever a new construction building gets mentioned in clinton hill/bed stuy.

if you're all going to be anti new construction at least keep it consistent.

Perhaps I'm missing something... but that building just looks plain awful next to the buildings in the immediate
area...

I knew I'd seen that building before:
