Development Watch: 28 Quincy Gets Glassy

Since we last checked in a couple of months ago, the Stop Work Order was lifted at 28 Quincy Street and the two-family project got some windows. It's looking like it could be a nice place.

Dont mean to be a Tuesday A*hole, but if this would have been in any other neighborhood you have been posting "What an eyesore", but since is in the border of your Clinton Hill neighborhood all of a sudden this looks like it can be a great place. Com on man give me a break! stay consistent...

While I think Mr. B's sense of fairness is almost beyond reproach, perhaps there's something to what Crooklyn stated. I just hope this "project" looks better in person.
