am not surprised the 2 places that were "inexpensive" sold within 4-5 months of being listed on the market and the other two homes will have to come down if they want a chance in selling. The buyers who are out now are looking for discounts. However, I also feel that people who do have the money aren't buying houses but are buying fancy condos which to me seems odd, but it is what it is....

Ditto - I also felt that price was high for WT considering you would have to do a lot of cosmetic reno, right?
I have to say the sellers got a great deal and the buyers clearly overpaid!
