Development Watch: 307 Atlantic Really Cruising Now

When we posted about 307 Atlantic Avenue a couple of months back, we remarked upon how slowly the 25-unit rental project had been moving. Well, that's changed. Since then, another five stories have flown up.

Any clue what's going in on the ground floor? Looks like a pretty big space.

The beauty with this building is that they could put up whatever, and it would be an improvement over the Rubber Stamp building.
