Targeted Price Cuts at Belltel Lofts

belltel-042909.jpg
Following the lead of Forte and On Prospect Park, the Belltel Lofts in Downtown Brooklyn are getting some pinpoint price-cuts. This, presumably, has the benefit of generating buzz and people through the door without having to give away too much profit margin. The three units getting trimmed are 14G (from $1,062,000 to $999,000), 3A (from $850,000 to $799,000) and 11A (from $940,000 to $855,000). The only one that really looks cheap post-cut is 3A, which comes out to $469 a foot. Interested?

Think of all the riffraff and degenerates they're going to have to deal with at those prices!! No board approval... good luck with that...

3A is a very large one bedroom with no view (except of the rats running aorund outside at night perhaps). Still not a buy.

the floorplans do not much the images. Why is that ?

Discount on 3A is more than warranted since half the square footage seems to be in windowless rooms.

No window is fine when price is low enough to account for that. 650k would account for it

Is it considered false advertising to list apt "A" for sale then have apt "B's" floorplan and apt "C's" real photos all masqerading as if the floorplan and photos belongs to apt "A"?

Because that is exactly what is happening with the above listed examples from the article. Prudenital Elilliam and wanna be Ilan Bracha the broker is trying to pass this illegial tactit as a little white bug within the webpage when in fact the errors have been in place for the duration of Ilan Bracha's broker team have started representing the building.

Hey! Get your sh*t together! You're about as respectalbe as soup-sandwitch!

Oh, and another thing - DON'T BUY HERE! SOUNDPROOF ISSUES!! NOISE ISSUES!! I was so close to buying here but after all the noise issues that's covered on streeteasy about this building, I passed. It's a shame really, the building "HAD" great potential but the cheap ass developer David Bitricer (sp) is so damn cheap.
