Midwood Rental Project Tops Out
A 51-unit residential development at 3692 Bedford Avenue in Midwood topped out last week despite an economic environment that has stopped many other developments around the borough in their tracks, reports The Brooklyn Eagle. In addition to the mix of studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, the Karl Fischer-designed project will also include 27 parking spaces and three community use spaces on the ground floor. According to the building's developer, the is a "void for luxury rental housing in South Brooklyn” that the building will address. Do you think that's the case? GMAP

Where'd you get that rendering from? I'm pretty sure its not for this building since none of those surrounding buildings are accurate at all.
