Development Watch: Atlantic Terrace Tops Out

Atlantic Terrace, the 80-unit project just east of the Atlantic Terminal Mall at 669 Atlantic Avenue, is topping out this week with the construction of the ninth and final floor. This place is great news in terms of affordable housing: Roughly 70 percent of the units are earmarked for low- and moderate-earners.
