Development Watch: 346-348 Sackett Street

Holy Crap! This double-wide development at 346-348 Sackett Street in Cobble Hill has really flown up in the last two months. Back in early March there wasn't much more than a foundation and the start of a cinderblock wall and now look at it! We'll reserve judgment until we see the windows, but so far this looks fine though we wish they'd used a lighter-colored mortar and included some windowsills and lintels.

i believe this is a barrett project (185 Huntington & President Street projects were his other latest works).

Brownstoner, since Brooklyn is your business, you should know Sackett Street is not part of Cobble Hill.

Degraw Street is the dividing line between CG and CH.
