Development Watch: 128 North 10th Street
When we featured 128 North 10th Street back in October 2007, the six-story building had just been framed out and not much more; now it appears to be just about done. We couldn't find any information about who will be marketing this place or whether it'll be rentals or condos. Anyone know?

Not bad looking architecturally...we especially like all the windows. Unfortunately this will likely go straight to the rental market given the glut of condos in Williamsburgh

I thought these were planned to be rentals, like their neighbor down the block at 148.
