The eight townhouses at 315-327 Greene Avenue are all framed out now. As long as they're not skimping on the finishes, these could end up being an interesting brownstone-alternative for modern-leaning house hunters. Wonder what they're thinking of asking for one of these.

If its like the rest of the construction here in Brooklyn it will be 8-10 times the actual cost to build.
