275 Park Avenue: Market? Yes. Asian? No.
Update on the Asian market we told you was coming to the corner of Washington and Park Avenues in Wallabout: There's nothing Asian about it, according to a tipster who talked to one of the tenants in the building. Apparently the building owners are opening the shop themselves. Judging from this photo, things are moving along. Good to see, too. There's no other place to even get a soda over there!
