Streetlevel: Park Terrace Shuts South Slope Office

Local broker and management company Park Terrace has shuttered its storefront headquarters at 462 7th Avenue in the South Slope. From what we hear, the company isn't closing, but that it may be moving its home base to Dumbo. Hmmmm. GMAP

With a name like "Park Terrace" they'll do great in Dumbo.

That would be a great location for an OTB or comic book store.

Comic book store across the street. How about a tattoo parlor? No, got one of those across the street too!

Like it's residential cousin, the commercial RE collapse and accompanying rent deflation allows all solvent tenants to "pass GO, collect $200 and advance closer towards Boardwalk" for the same price or less.
Damn bottom-feeders.
