Streetlevel: New Design Store at 333 Flatbush Avenue

There's a new ~~design~~ store slated to open at 333 Flatbush Avenue between Prospect and Park Places in the old Nouveau Design space. ~~Judging from the sign, we'd hazard a wild guess that it will be called Nouveau Design. Not loving the name, but hopefully it will be nice.~~ Anyone know what this place will be? GMAP

I'm not on Flatbush to check the building permits, but I think that Noveau Decor was the name of the store that WAS there.

That's correct. That sign is from the previous place, which was a contemporary home furnishings store. Not sure what's coming into the space now, though.

yeah, that's the old place. the furniture was incredibly ugly.

Not really sure what's coming, but if I had to guess based on the recent trend, I'd say MetroPCS. First, Verizon and T-Mobile just opened up right around there. Second, MetroPCS is opening up all over the place. Thoughts?

Hah, that sign looked so temporary we just assumed that it was a placeholder for the new store.

There's now a new awning up. I can't tell from the name what the store will be, but it's definitely Asian inspired.

I don't know if anyone is following this anymore, but the awning has "Fortune Co Inc" on it (I hope I'm remembering that correctly). I have no idea what's going to be in the space.
