Development Watch: 307 Atlantic Avenue

The pace of construction at the site of the former Academy Rubber Stamp building at 307 Atlantic Avenue in Boerum Hill hasn't exactly been rapid, but the second of its planned eight floor is now poking its head above the scaffolding. When we asked him last summer, developer John Evans said the building would have 25 rentals and be "moderately high-end." Sounds about right for the area.
