Development Watch: Atlantic Terrace Gaining Mass

They've added another three stories to the affordable housing project at 669 Atlantic Avenue since we checked in at the end of January. Hardly an Avalon-like pace, but they're getting there. At least Atlantic Terrace (as it's known) only has to get to nine floors!

I feel that it is great to have more mixed income housing in Brooklyn. This building will be the first GOLD status LEED development in Brooklyn. For buyers looking to live a green lifestyle, this will be the building to live in.
