Development Watch: 31 Kosciusko Street Not Dead Yet

Back in January we wondered aloud whether 31 Kosciusko Street in Bedford Stuyvesant might be dead in its tracks, so we were surprised to notice last weekend that some progress has been made at the 12-story building since that time. In fact, the entire south-facing facade now has windows. Interesting.
