Development Watch: Aloft on Duffield

Across the street from the freshly-demolished 231 Duffield Street, the Aloft Hotel is up to six stories next door to the fully-built Sheraton. Given that it was at the four-story mark a month ago, that's actually not too impressive. Giddy Up!

give em a break... any money coming out of lenders now is often coming very slowly... not everyone is Toren or Avalon! so construction goes slow
