Development Watch: Emerson Place Presses Pause
All's quiet at 131 Emerson Place, the development site on the eastern edge of Clinton Hill where The Hudson Companies was planning to put up a 16-story residential building. Given the current market and financing environment, however, the project has been put on hold.

this isn't at all surprising, given the current climate - but it is unfortunate. i lost my amazing loft apartment to the teardown, as did quite a few others. businesses were displaced as well. this just stings all the more. alas...
