Elliman Indeed Taking Over Eva Daniels' Fulton Storefront

Rumor confirmed: When we wrote last month about broker Eva Daniels vacating her prime storefront on Fulton Street and South Elliott Place, we mentioned that the inside scoop was that Douglas Elliman would be taking the space over. As the current signage reveals, this is indeed the case.

Walked by that storefront yesterday. That whole stretch of Fulton from Ft Greene Pl to S Oxford is absolutely beautiful. Great, cool stores & no rif raf.
