Development Watch: 659 Bergen Street

A new Karl Fischer-designed development is currently rising at 659 Bergen Street, site of a former two-story non-descript house and side lot that was purchased by the developer in 2006 for $1,450,000. The new building is slated to be five stories and contain 16 units. GMAP P*Shark DOB

i hear the 660 across the street is selling like hot cakes. anyone have renderings of what this is supposed to look like when completed?
