Development Watch: Waverly Avenue Charter School

It's been over a year since we reported the news that the Achievement First Endeavor Charter School was building a new headquarters at 510 Waverly Avenue in Clinton Hill. Since then, the existing commercial building has been gutted and steel for the new addition has begun to go up. To see a rendering of the finished product, click here.

When are they planning to occupy? September 2009? Or a year after that? If all they've got is the steel, six months from now seems ambitious.
