Development Watch: 840 Bergen Street One Year Later

What a difference a year makes! When we stopped by 840 Bergen Street in Crown Heights in early 2008 the structure was built but nothing else. Now it looks like the 67-unit project is almost open for business. We think the building looks pretty nice, though, with that finish, one could argue that they are Kutnicki Bernstein's homage to Scarano's Satori condos on Bond Street.
