Development Watch: 75 Grand Avenue

Things have been slow going at 75-77 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill since the double-lot property was purchased in 2004 for $1,063,000. After multiple Stop Work Orders in 2006 and 2007, work has picked up again in recent months and it looks like the Scarano-designed building may actually get completed. If it does, we'll be looking at sixteen units in all. (There were two separate new building permits issued for 75 and 77 Grand, with eight units filed for both.) It will be very interesting to see how something in this close to the BQE fares on the open market. GMAP P*Shark DOB
