Development Watch: 80 Dekalb Avenue Halfway There

Back in September, 80 Dekalb was at the three-floor mark; now they've made it to the 17th floor which means they're at the halfway mark. The pace at the 365-unit Ratner project has been respectable but nowhere near that of the nearby Avalon Fort Greene which has been really boogieing in the last few weeks.

I'd be very leery of that Avalon building specifically because it is going up so quickly.
