Greener Pastures for 75 Henry?

Is the quality of life at 75 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights set for an up-tick? According to this rendering from architecture firm Lawless & Mangione we stumbled across on Flickr, we'd say so. The drawing was dated 2008. When's this slated to happen? GMAP

what a silly rendering.
It makes it look like the building is in the middle of the woods in the suburbs.

A bit of shrubbery won't make that anything stop being a shabby, misbegotten mess. Damn Robert Moses anyway.

actually, it has already happened - the trellis/playground and "maze" ...been there since last summer - clearly doesn't improve its street view - you can only see the top of the slides, etc. from the street....
