Salvation for the Astroland Rocket

Everyone and her mother is reporting that the Atroland rocket has been saved and will remain in Coney Island for future generations to see. Astroland's owner donated it to the city which will make it a centerpiece of the "new Coney Island." "The Astroland rocket is [Coney's] symbol of the adventure, discovery and fun that have brought New Yorkers here for years,” said one official.
