Eva Daniels Shutters Fulton Storefront

eva-daniels-fulton-street-0109.jpg
A victim of the rise of the Brooklyn mega-brokers or just rising rents in Fort Greene (or neither), longtime local broker Eva Daniels has vacated her prime storefront at the corner of Fulton and South Elliott Place. It's been empty for a week or so and we heard one (totally unsubstantiated) rumor that the incoming tenant is none other than Douglas Elliman. Can anyone confirm? Her website is still up and running so there's no reason to think her business is carrying on.

if her website is up and runnin, she could still be operating w/o the storefront. This is unfortunate. They were a nice group...

I hope Eva Daniels lands on here feet. Eva was the best Broker in Ft. Greene and her presence will be missed.

We purchased our house from Eva Daniels. The broker who handled the sale was an unprofessional, unscrupulous lier. If they were a reflection of that organization, the demise is warranted.

Though my experience with Eva Daniels's firm is limited, it was negative. My wife and I viewed an apartment - her employee showed up 20 minutes later and, after letting us and another couple into the apartment, announced that it had been sold. We ultimately purchased a co-op listed by a "mega broker" whose representative was the consummate professional.

agree with the other's negative experiences. e.d.'s broker simply ignored every one of our basic requests for typical apartments we wanted to view. one after another after another. it was a total, total waste.

dealt with her once, found her rude and unprofessional. then an new employee tried to follow up once on our 'file' and we were like 'no thank you'.

Holy s**t. The What just said something positive and pleasant. Has the world gone mad?

I just rented my 2nd place from Eva Daniels Realty. Still the same quality service!
