Development Watch: 197 Berry Street
As far as we know, Quadriad's bid to get special permission to build up to 20 stories on the block bounded by North 3rd, North 4th, Bedford and Berry in Williamsburg never came to anything. (The most recent DOB application still shows a height of five stories.) Judging from an afternoon visit earlier this week, the project itself isn't coming to a whole lot either. Has anyone noticed work going on here recently?
