A New Building Springs Up at Smith and Warren
Categories: Cobble Hill, Development
An empty lot for many years, 311 Warren Street was purchased for $2,200,000 this summer, and the new owner wasted no time at all in getting started on a new five-story building, captured here by Gowanus Lounge. According to DOB filings, a retail store topped by a medical office and a couple of apartments is in the cards. While the first three stories look fine in a mediocre kind of way, that two story addition looks a little out of place next to the three-story buildings fronting Smith Street, dontcha think?
