Up and Out at 115 St. James Place

We thought that the 2007 rezoning of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill was going to make it tough to do additions to townhouses in the area but evidently there's still some wiggle-room left: On December 9, the Landmarks Preservation Commission approved an application to build rooftop and rear-yard additions at 115 St. James Place. There are no DOB applications on file yet, so we'll see whether it makes it past the examiners.
