Streetlevel: New Pizza Place Open on Grand Ave.

275-Grand-Avenue-Brooklyn-1208.jpg
The new pizza restaurant opened at 275 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill this weekend. And it looks like they liked the name of the previous restaurant so much that they decided to keep it: "Grand 275" is still visible in the window to the left of the door. Anyone stop in for a slice yesterday? GMAP

I think is the same owners from the pizza place on Dekalb and Washington. The pizza is great though, finally different food then the Choice market.

Yep,
exactly what we need another pizza place....
Pizza at Tony's on Dekalb/Classon and the one on Washington/Dekalb

can't wait for that badly needed liquor store and Chinese take out corner.

The good news is, if you're totally starving, you could get a slice while you wait for your food to come out at Choice. :)

All along the signage had said..coming soon Luigi's Pizza.Guess they figured grand 275 sounds better.Have not had their pizza at Dekalb and Hall in a minute. Will have to try this out and see if it is better than Marios on Dekalb and Clermont.

Yes, Same owners as Luigis on Dekalb. I saw the sign last time I got a slice there.
Luigis makes really excellent pizzas, always fresh and friendly. I think this is great.

Hmm, but do they deliver, or are they going to continue that rule from the other store?

Luigi's on dekalb is a great slice, superior to mario's on dekalb for sure. This is great for us that live in the south hill and didn't have a decent pizza option in walking distance.
