Radusky Hits Red Hook

141-Dwight-1108.jpg
Looks like no demo permit was needed at 141 Dwight Street, on the corner of Dikeman, 'cause it's been a vacant lot for a long while. Well, no longer. This brand new stucco (dryvit?) building has sprung up. The original new building permit was issued in 2006, calling for a three-story building (though it doesn't reveal the number of dwelling units). We're pretty sure you recognize the color scheme and shaded lintels as the work of Bricolage. GMAP

Shouldn't they start a Stuccolage subsidiary?

Nice it reminds me of the Greek islands with those nice pastel colors. I can imagine the owners trying to market the sale.

Isn't snot greener? I think it flirts with a more phlegm-like tint...
