Mortgage Delinquencies in NYC to Rise

The percentage of borrowers in New York City seriously delinquent on their mortgages will nearly double by the end of next year, according to an estimate released today by TransUnion. By the end of 2009, 6.2% of mortgage holders in the city will be at least 60 days behind in their payments, TransUnion reported, by far the highest rate since the company began collecting data in 1992.

You make me laugh! You caught my mistake as I fixed it. Would love to see photos of the inside reno too. You have great taste. The garden is elegant but not too fussy.

Seriously doubt any of your photos will ever show up on the mortgage delinquency thread, dire prognostications notwithstanding.

I find it amusing he complains daily about how bad this blog is and yet he can't stay away. It's like going to a restaurant for dinner, finishing the meal, licking the plate clean and then saying it was the worst meal he's ever had. Then returning again for dinner the next night...
