Greenbelt Condos Almost Sold Out

When we wrote about the Greenbelt Condos back in June, the eight-unit LEED-certified development had one signed contract and four accepted offers. It looks like the developers just made it under the wire: There's just one unit left, a 1,116-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath pad asking $779,000. The third-floor apartment has total common charges of $404 per month. Have any readers been inside this place?
