Fillmore Shutters Two Offices
First they closed the Grand Street office in September. Then came the merging of their Fifth and Atlantic Avenue offices; two down. "CEO John Reinhardt said the company downsized partly because it had more offices than it needed," says The Real Deal. They've now got 18 offices and 314 agents. Should be plenty for this market.

They now have 18 offices. I'm sorry that just really bugged me for some reason.

Given how hideous their listings always are this doesn't surprise me in the slightest.
