Whack Job on Marcy

It's always suspicious when a listing has several photos but none of the building exterior. Such is the case at 582 Marcy Avenue, where prices on the four remaining units (out of eight) just got their second big reduction, this time by about 8%. Unit 4B, for example, started out at $550,000 in April, went to $480,000 in July, and now is at $439,000.
