More Price Cuts at Lofts on Lex

95-lexington-avenue-brooklyn-1108.jpg
The Lofts on Lex, a 20-unit development at 95 Lexington Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant, just got their second major price cut since debuting back in January. (Unit 3D, for example, was just lowered from $675,000 to $589,000.) Although just four apartments are listed on Streeteasy as being in contract, the recent round of reductions apparently got the attention of buyers: According to a reader who stopped by, the open house on Sunday was "packed." Anyone checked these out?

"ROTW uses the same language as the unscrupulous "block-buster" real-estate agents who operated so effectively in NYC during the "white flight" days of the 60's. They peddled fear, and bought homes on the cheap from those who fled. He fails to understand that this is a different era. He may be trying to do the same thing, as there are runmours that he is a real estate agent. Pay no attention to him."

i was at the open house, it was busy, the pricing sheet says 5 are in contract - finishes detail and space are definately a cut above the rest.

"There is a great opportunity to purchase real estate today," Wendy Silverstein, the executive vice president of capital markets at Vornado Realty Trust, said at the conference. "Unfortunately, if you buy property today, it will probably be cheaper tomorrow."
Any other BS by RE agents are worthless.
I'm ready to buy them all at 50% discount
