Foreclosures of the Week: Two on Quincy

It's not a good week for Quincy Street. Two houses on the Bed Stuy street are up for auction tomorrow: 322 Quincy is a three-story one-family with a lien of $219,944 hanging over its head. It looks like a relatively easy sale compared to 681 Quincy, a wreck of a place that someone managed to suck $541,513 out of while the money was flowing like water. Both auctions are tomorrow at 360 Adams Street, Rooms 261 and 274 respectively.
